Graduates gain automatic membership to the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), recognition from a network of over 140 countries through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and accreditation from the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS).

Prerequisites
A pass in SPM/O-level or equivalent with 5 credits, including Mathematics. SPM /O Level (Pass BM and History in SPM).

SAM / SACEi International -ATAR 65, A levels -Min. EEE, CPU -Min. 65% average in 6 subjects, STPM -Min. CGPA of 2.00 for 3 subjects, UEC -A Pass in UEC with Min. 5Bs, TAYLOR'S FOUNDATION / DIPLOMA -Pass FNBE with min. CGPA 2.67 (not subject to AA)Pass FID with min. CGPA 2.67. Pass Taylor's Diploma with min. CGPA 2.67.Other Taylor's Foundation with min CGPA 2.67.Pass Taylor's Diploma with Min CGPA 2.67, IB -24 points and above based on 6 subjects, OTHER EQUIV. QUALIFICATION -Pass Foundation from other institution recognised by Malaysian Government with min. CGPA 2.67Pass Diploma from other institution with CGPA 2.67 recognised by Malaysian Government Other foundation, matriculation, high school certificates from other institution recognised by Malaysian Government.

IELTS Band 5.0- TOEFL 34 (Internet Based Test)- MUET Band 3- UEC English B6- O level Grade C- 1119(GCE-O) Grade C- Taylor’s EET Overall Score 5.0- Taylor’s IEN Level 2- Grade C- Completed Pre-U/Diploma that was conducted in English.
