I. Pass in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Equivalent; And Ii. Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with Minimum Two (2) Principal Passes (C), Including One (1) Science Subject; Or Iii.A-level with Minimum Two (2) Principal Passes (E), Including One (1) Science Subject; Or Iv. Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with Grade B4 in Five (5) Subjects Including Two (2) Science Subjects; Or V. Pass in Foundation in Science; Or Vi. Pass in Diploma (Level 4 MQF) in the Relevant Field with Minimum CGPA of 2.00; Or Vii. Other Recognized Equivalent Qualification.
