Entry Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
- A Master's Degree (MQF, Level 7) in Civil / Materials Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Built Environment, or other related field which is accepted by the Senate of TAR UC; OR

- Other qualifications equivalent to a Master's Degree (MQF, Level 7) in Civil / Materials Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Built Environment, or other related field that are accepted by the Senate of TAR UMT and recognised by the Government of Malaysia
English Language Requirements
Malaysian Students
- MUET Band 3.5 or IELTS Band 5.0 or CEFR High B1 or TOEFL iBT 40 or equivalent; OR
- Exemption of English Language requirement if medium of instruction during Master studies was in English

International Students
- IELTS Band 5.0 or CEFR High B1 or TOEFL iBT 42 or equivalent; OR
- Exemption of English Language requirement if medium of instruction during Master studies was in English
