About This Course

The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Psychology is designed to provide graduate students with the opportunity to conduct research in different areas of psychology, under the supervision of an experienced academic staff.

This programme aims to provide postgraduate-level training for students, to equip students with the research skills and professional development necessary for teaching and research positions in various industries. Students who have completed 1-year of the MPhil program also have the opportunity to progress into the PhD pathway, subject to further assessment.

Bachelor’s degree in psychology
with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 out of 4.00 (or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree in fields related to psychology
with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 out of 4.00, and the completion of a minimum of 45 credits of psychology modules, subject to the assessment of the university
