Inaugural Statistical Modelling Scholarship
Malaysia aims to produce 16,000 data professionals by 2020. Heriot-Watt aims to meet this demand with the introduction of our BSc (Hons) Statistical Modelling* programme. We invite students to apply for our Inaugural scholarships worth 100% or 50% to enter into our September 2018 intake.

WACE: ATAR 95 with 80% in Maths
SACE: ATAR 95 with 17.0 in Maths
UEC: 6A with 4A1 (with 2A1 in Maths and Advanced Maths)
HWUM Foundation in Science/Business: AABB with A in Mathematics
For 50% award
A Levels/STPM: AAB with A in Mathematics
WACE: ATAR 90 with 80% in Maths
SACE: ATAR 90 with 17.0 in Maths
UEC: 6A with 2A1 in Maths and Advanced Maths
HWUM Foundation in Science/Business: ABBC with A in Mathematics
Applicants will be shortlisted by a selection panel based on their academic results and a personal 500 word statement. Aside from academic merit, scholars will be chosen based on their leadership potential.
