Scholarship 2025
Scholarship recipients must enroll in a full time, one year program.
Recipients must successfully meet the academic requiremtns of each stage of the programme, adhere to programme rules and complete the full diploma programme.

1) Share your reasons for choosing a career in culinary arts and reveal the inspirations that fuel your passion.
2) What culinary skills and techniques ignite your passion and explain why you're eager to learn or enhance them?
3) Discuss how your cultural background adds a unique flavor to your culinary journey and how it can contribute to the
broader culinary landscape.
4) Offer your insights on current culinary trends, such as plant-based pastry or sustainable seafood.What are your thoughts
and perspectives?
5) How do you see AI impacting the culinary industry, and how would you use AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, or
sustainability while preserving the art of cooking?
6) Explain why you are the perfect candidate for this culinary scholarship and how it will make a difference in your education
