Family income not more than RM1,300 per dependent
Must meet the entry requirements of the course applied for
Must have applied for a study loan with PTPTN or MARA before the start of the academic session at Swinburne Sarawak
Must have received an offer to study a foundation or bachelor degree program at Swinburne Sarawak
