Academic pathway | Overview: Focus heavily on honing culinary skills, expanding food knowledge, and being familiar with the ins and outs of food production. Subjects: Introduction to Pastry and Bakery, Fundamentals of Food and Beverage, and Plated Desserts and Artistic Skills.
