Entry Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management or other related field, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent as accepted by the Senate; OR
A Bachelor's Degree in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management, or other related field, with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to rigorous internal assessment.
Candidates without a qualification or working experience in Built Environment such as Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Property Management, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Technology Management, or other related field, must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses and meet the minimum CGPA based on the above.
