Certificate in Baking Science

Designed for those who wish to gain a general background in the preparation of a wide range of baked goods, at the same time understanding the science of baking. 
This is a 18 sessions programme with 90% hands on and 10% theoretical based for the duration of 9 weeks.
This course consists of 3 modules - Breads, Pastries and Cakes with total of 75 recipes.
