BONJOUR FRANCE FAIR

Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia partner with Business France and Isetan KLCC to bring you Master Chefs Cooking Demonstrations and Le Cordon Bleu Alumni Pop up Café for you to (re)discover “A Taste of France” and to “Feed Your Curiosity”

In a spirited collaboration between gastronomy institute Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia with Business France and Isetan KLCC, food-lovers in Malaysia will have a unique opportunity to enjoy and share the taste of France.

The BONJOUR FRANCE fair will give an opportunity for visitors during the weekends an opportunity to attend cooking demonstrations with tastings conducted by Master Chefs of Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia who will showcase traditional French recipes at the entrance of Isetan Gourmet Food Hall.

As a prelude to the launch of the Malaysia Chapter of the Alumni Association this year, 4 Alumni have been invited to operate a Le Cordon Bleu Pop Up Café. They are:

  • Celebrity Master Chef Dato’ Fazley owner and proprietor of SukaSucré Bistro, also ambassador of Panasonic Apparatus
  • Chef Sapna Anand private chef and book author of “New Indian Kitchen”
  • Chef Alina Hew proprietor and owner of Madeleine Café and Cake Crisis , also Ambassador of Bosch Equipment
  • Chef Joanne Yeong, Executive Director of Cake Crisis, also the newly crowned Pastry Chef of the year 2015 at the World Gourmet Summit Excellency Awards Ceremony held in Singapore.

All of them will be present at the Café on selected dates throughout the promotion period.

They will also be conducting cooking demonstrations featuring their signature recipes using French Techniques mastered whilst at Le Cordon Bleu Schools.

The café will also showcase menu items from different province of France and will have an Afternoon Tea offerings of organic teas and French sweets. A pan fried Lamb Cutlet with Ratatouille, limited to 20 sets only will be the weekend specials featured during the fair. Guests and customers will have a chance to win premium prizes including an exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Tiffin Carrier by participating in the Ratatouille recipe hunt game.
