Tung Wah College signs Cooperation Framework Agreement with Mainland medical enterprises to advance healthcare education and talent development

東華學院昨日與內地六家醫療企業簽署合作框架協議,雙方將透過產學研合作形式,攜手推動醫療護理教育發展,培育優秀的智慧醫療人才,並共同開展研究項目。
東華學院現正籌辦醫療資訊及服務管理碩士課程,計劃於明年9月招生。根據協議,合作企業將為該碩士課程的設計規劃提供行業資訊、案例分析和研究數據等,並為學生提供實習、企業參觀及就業機會。學院亦會邀請業界資深人士進行客席講座,分享行業經驗,並與企業開展聯合研究項目,以結合大灣區醫療產業發展的需求,推動學院科研成果的轉化落地。

Tung Wah College (TWC) signed a cooperation framework agreement yesterday with six prominent medical enterprises from mainland China. This strategic partnership aims to nurture healthcare talent and foster research collaboration, propelling the development of healthcare education through industry-academia-research cooperation.
TWC plans to launch a Master’s degree programme in Health Information and Services Management in September next year. Under the terms of the agreement, partner enterprises will contribute market insights, case studies, and research data to support the programme's curriculum development. They will also offer students internships, company visits, and job opportunities. Additionally, the College will invite industry experts to deliver guest lectures, share valuable experiences, and collaborate on joint research projects that align with the Greater Bay Area's healthcare industry needs, fostering the realisation of the College’s research outcomes.
