VOTE OF CONFIDENCE FOR TAYLOR’S UNIVERSITY
Taylor’s University has again performed well in the Student Barometer 2013 Survey by The International Graduate Insight Group (i-graduate), receiving an outstanding satisfaction rating of 84% for delivering exceptional education experience. The overall satisfaction rate measures areas including arrival experience, living experience, learning experience and support experience provided. The rating was above the average Malaysian benchmark of 83% and close to the Global rating of 89%.

This milestone indicates that the University’s initiatives to enhance education experiences through a holistic development approach are effective in meeting student satisfaction and in line with the changing needs of 21st century learners,” said Taylor’s University Vice Chancellor and President, Professor Dato’ Dr. Hassan Said. A total of 227,519 international and domestic students from 178 institutions in 13 countries participated in the survey which gauged satisfaction in a number of areas including:(i) social activities and facilities, (ii) counselling and psychological services centre, (iii) health services centre, (iv) student council and (v) student organisations. Taylor’s University students rated their satisfaction level above par compared to the average global standard in four out of the five areas. These include social activities and facilities, counselling services and disability support, health services and student council. Taylor’s University’s student organisations aspect exceeded the Asian standard. i-graduate is the world leader in customer insight for the education sector.
